Long story short, I got worried and thought I might have been scammed by this company because I ordered the jersey for my mother as a birthday gift in early March, and I didn’t receive it until April 7th. But it was worth the wait — she absolutely loved it. It’s a well-made product, and I’m highly impressed with the quality. I’ll definitely be ordering more.

It did take a little over a month but I’m very very happy with my jersey. Great quality. Be patient as this business is very very busy being that they are based out of California. Hope they are safe from the fires. Highly recommend.

My experience with Jersey Nation was excellent. I ordered a customized jersey in early April, and right after placing the order, they informed me that it wouldn’t arrive before a specific date and gave me a clear estimated delivery timeline. It was delivered exactly as promised. The quality of the material was outstanding and proudly made in Canada. The lettering and numbers I requested were accurate and perfectly aligned. It was a gift for my wife, and she absolutely loved it. Ladyjacket was also very responsive when I asked for updates, and the price was more than reasonable. I was initially hesitant due to a few negative reviews, but based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Ladyjacket.

I ordered a Ravens jersey for my son for Birthday. I placed the order on Friday. I got an email confirming the order saying that it would be delivered around April 15. The product never showed up prior to Birthday. I assumed that I was scammed and I would never see the jersey I ordered. Every time I followed up, I got a generic email in response saying that they were very sorry for the delay and they’re working hard to get orders out. I assumed it was a sunk cost, but then the order arrived the third week of April. I will say the quality is fantastic and my son loves the jersey. It was unfortunate that the timing expectation wasn’t met, but the product itself was really good and I’m very grateful that it was carried through to completion.

I want to apologize. I read all the reviews and didn’t think I was gonna receive my jersey and I actually received it today and not only is it beautiful, but it is high quality and I do want to apologize because I did not think I was going to receive it after reading all the negative reviews, but I wanna say that for the price and the quality this company is top notch. So don’t believe everything you read I give them five stars especially since it came quick. Also it was about two weeks but like I said, the quality is excellent color excellent.

This is exactly what I would expect for this price point and personalized. It was the same item in the picture, there’s a few stitching imperfections but overall well made and good quality. Shipping took a while but it was only a few days beyond their original quote, they do send a tracking number almost immediately but it doesn’t move until the item actually ships out.
